Suzanne Taylor joined the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2005. She manages the Chamber's policy development process, coordinates the public policy committees and task forces, and works closely with the Board of Directors on policy issues. She is the editor of the Chamber's annual Business Agenda, which serves as a leading resource for pro-business public policy and legislation. Taylor provides expert testimony on policy issues at the state legislature and government agencies and frequently makes presentations to business and civic organizations. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Business and Education Coalition and on the public policy committees of several statewide associations. Additionally, she is the Executive Director of the Arizona Chamber Foundation. Taylor was selected as one of the Phoenix Business Journal's Forty-Under-40 Class of 2009.
Taylor was a Senior Management Research Analyst at Morrison Institute for Public Policy at Arizona State University from 2002 to 2005. In this capacity, she researched, analyzed, and reported on Arizona public policy issues such as workforce development, education, governance, and economic development.
From 1998 to 2001, Taylor worked as a management consultant based out of Chicago, Illinois. She conducted market research, managed customer satisfaction studies, and created employee training programs for clients in the telecommunications, retail, and logistics industries.
Taylor received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She received a Master of Arts degree from the Committee on International Relations at the University of Chicago, where she focused on international trade policy.
